Return Policy

We carefully inspect every bag before shipping, but if your Lishe bag isn't quite right for you, returns are simple.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your bag for any reason. The bag must be in its original condition unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

Step 1: Email us at lishe.official@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.

Step 2: Pack it securely. Use the original packaging and include all tags, dust bags, and accessories.

Step 3: Send it back. Portugal: Free returns we'll send you a prepaid shipping label. Spain & Europe: Return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your bag (up to 5 business days), we'll process your refund immediately to your original payment method.

Defective Items

We check every piece carefully, but if you discover a defect or quality issue, contact us at lishe.official@gmail.com. We'll arrange a free return and exchange your bag for a perfect replacement at no cost to you.
