Returns and refunds

If something isn’t quite right with an order, Lishe is ready to help. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), shoppers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the date the goods are received.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached. The refund amount is based on the value shown on the original invoice. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

The company issues refund vouchers (store credit) equal to the value of the returned item; cash refunds are not provided.

In line with EU rules, a cash refund within 14 days of the product’s return is the consumer’s right; offering a voucher is permissible only if this option is clearly disclosed and explicitly accepted before purchase. Please review the policy carefully before ordering.

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, allow up to 14 business days for processing and for issuing the voucher. A confirmation email will be sent when the voucher is created.

During the trial period (14 days), consumers must handle items with care. If an item is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, the return may be refused.

Return requests made after the 14‑day window will not be accepted. Items returned against these terms may be sent back to the customer or disposed of.

By placing an order on our site, the customer confirms they have read and accepted our complete company policy, including terms of sale, payment methods, return policy, and privacy policy.

Defective items:

If a defective product is received, contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery at lishe.official@gmail.com. After verification, the item will be exchanged for the same model in perfect condition, in accordance with European consumer protections.

How to request a return online

Return window:

Items purchased on lishebag.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Step 1 — Request authorization:

Email lishe.official@gmail.com to start the return. Within one business day, authorization and instructions will be sent by email. Authorization is required to proceed.

Step 2 — Item condition:

Ensure the item is in original condition, unworn/unused, with all tags and original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these standards will be declined.

Key notes:

Return shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Step 3 — Packing and shipping:

Pack securely in the original packaging and seal the parcel.

Ship via the local post office or preferred courier, following the instructions in the authorization email.

Processing:

After the parcel reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection and for issuing an exchange or a refund voucher. If the return doesn’t meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer and the request denied.

Nearest return address:

Contact Customer Service from the account dashboard or by email; a reply with the appropriate return address will arrive within 24 hours.

International shipments:

Lishe is not responsible for international parcels lost in transit.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. For assistance, write to lishe.official@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. If the replacement item is of lower value, no cash refund will be issued; a voucher will be provided instead for use on lishebag.com.

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Before sending an exchange, email lishe.official@gmail.com to confirm availability of the replacement item.

Return shipping (and any customs fees for returns from non‑EU countries) is the customer’s responsibility. After the return is received and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Customized items and products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Order cancellation

To keep fulfillment fast and efficient, immediate cancellations are possible only within 1 hour of order confirmation. After that, please wait for delivery, then follow the return procedure described above.
