Standard: 3–4 business days — free of charge.

Express: 24–48 hours — €19.90.
Express service is available worldwide.

Multi‑item orders and tracking

Depending on stock, orders may ship from one of two warehouses; items in the same order can be dispatched separately. A shipment confirmation with tracking will be emailed once each parcel leaves our facility. Registered customers can also follow progress in My Orders.

Where import duties or taxes apply, they’re already included in the price shown on the site—nothing extra is due upon delivery.

Additional delivery information

For some destinations, the courier may require extra details to complete delivery; in such cases, a request may arrive by email, phone, or SMS. This does not enroll anyone in messaging services, and no additional payment will be requested on delivery. If the required information isn’t provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
